We hope you love your new plush companions and collectibles! However, if you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in unused, original condition with tags/packaging intact.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Any defective or damaged items can be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days.
